Saint Lucia operates a Citizenship by Investment Programme (CIP) that offers a direct route to citizenship within months. The program is managed by the official CBI Unit and requires a qualifying investment through an authorized agent. This is one of the fastest citizenship routes globally, with no residency requirement prior to naturalization.

Citizenship by Investment through the Saint Lucia CIP Unit. Applicants must work with an authorized agent and select one of the approved investment options: the National Economic Fund contribution, real estate investment, government bonds, or an enterprise project.
