Origins and operating model
Built inside an operating practice, not around a personality
Navixtent was developed within Vallen Group Limited to convert research and applied-AI experiments into governed intelligence, reusable knowledge, and products. The work began where consulting engagements kept ending: with promising experiments that had no durable home, no shared evidence standard, and no route from a one-off result to something an organization could rely on.
The operating model is deliberately institutional. Research is published under organizational authorship. Experiments run in the open with stated limitations. Products carry an explicit maturity stage and access label, and anything that has not earned a higher stage keeps the lower one. What survives that discipline becomes reusable — a framework, a paper, or a working application.
Navixtent was founded by Ken Vallen, Vice President and Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer of Vallen Group Limited, and is operated as an organizational platform rather than a personal practice. Vallen Group Limited is led by Beth Vallen, President & CEO.

Vallen Group Limited holds the platform, its publications, and its applications. That stewardship is what allows Navixtent to publish research, run open experiments, and release products under a single standard of evidence rather than under the pressure of any one engagement.
Navixtent Papers and Insights are published under organizational authorship. Products carry an explicit maturity stage and access label so readers always know whether they are looking at research, an experiment, or something ready to rely on.
